Greetings from Mascoutah Illinois

We would like to welcome you to our town, built on German heritage. Our town is full of diversity, with the help of a large population of military personal from SAFB. Mascoutah has experienced tremendous growth over the last 10 years, and looks to continue that trend. We offer the best of schools both public and parochial. 2022 Lighted Christmas Parade

The  annual Lighted Christmas Parade will step-off on Friday, December 2 at 6:30 PM. The parade will assemble at First and Church Streets. It will proceed west on Church and then proceed south on 4th to Main where it will turn east on Main Street and turn north on  Lebanon. The parade will then proceed west on Church back to St. John’s. All civic organizations, community groups, churches, neighborhood organizations, and individuals are invited to enter. Click on the link below for a parade entry form. City of Mascoutah Business Incubator Survey

The City of Mascoutah is conducting a survey in regards to the level of interest for the possibility of a Small Business Incubator, to be located within the City limits.  There will be hard, paper copies in your Utility Bills, or an online link to the survey, on the City’s Website & Facebook page.  SIUE School of Business students helped put it together, and the City’s Economic Development Commission has recommended it for distribution. The City is kindly asking for your participation. The final due date to complete the survey will be Friday, March 22nd, 2019. Any questions, please call Mike Bolt, Assistant City Manager, 566-2964 x122.” The link below is to the survey.

Chamber Recognizes Citizen’s Bank 25 Years of Service

The Chamber would like to congratulate Citizen’s Community Bank who celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2017.  The bank was recognized at the annual Chamber Dinner for their service. Debbie Cameron, Executive Vice President of the bank accepted the commemorative plaque on behalf of the bank.
